About Me

A bit about myself. I was not raised as a Christian and in fact nobody spoke to me about Jesus until my mother was saved when I was in my very early 20s. She shared the gospel with me at a time when I was under duress from a relationship breakup. I received the truth and was born of his Spirit by his power. It has been a long journey and I have not followed, listened and obeyed His leading over the years with the passion hot enough for his calling. Just not on fire enough. We attended church and served some over the years. In recent years the fullness of the relationship with Him, most important, has been more and more revealed. My awesome wife has been paramount in this journey. My connection and yearning for the Lord and clarity regarding His desire and work are much stronger these days. Much of His word, although I knew it in my head, is so much more full in meaning now. There is a full gospel to be had and a savior to experience now and throughout eternity., It is the Holy Spirit in you that energizes the relationship. I pray that we both have great excitement in the thought that “we get God” now and forever.
